For the form IMM5562 - Travel Information, does my mom (principal applicant) need to include also my (sponsor) travel details? From what I understand it's just her travel and her spouse. I do not have any siblings.

IMM 5562 is for PA and dependent. Each form is for that 1 person's travel information.
I don't think your travel matters in her form.

For IMM 5768 question 14, do we have to fill family size equal to question 7 or would it be the current family size?
Earlier this year, my friend filled up current family size excluding the sponsored parent. She has not heard back from CIC yet.

Its actually, 3 (three) working days. Dont loose hope. Whatever happens, happens for good. Focus on the positives, you have in life rather negatives.

I may have to apply for supervisa now because it seems everyone who had their application numbers starting with alphabets got invited. Mine is 61D and i didnt saw anyone with numbers today

I guess you are not the only one. Mine starts with 68A. Let's keep waiting and praying until 7th October.
