Why is no one getting invitation today . Looks like cici is done with invitations ahead of time

Right now, all those who have received invitation have their confirmation numbers starting with digits/ numbers. I believe they will start with Alphabet confirmation numbers very soon.
As per CIC website, the invitation process will end Oct 6, 2 weeks from start(Sep23)

I have submitted my EoI on october 13. Nothing yet.
Few things i want to share:
1) I don't think so that canadian government is interested to reunite our families. If they really willing to reunite there shouldn't be Lottery system. We can't put our parents at gambling. Who knows they have sent 30,000 applications.
2) Cic can easily determine who is eligible and who is not but, for that they just have to develop a program which directs applicant to few questions including family size each tax year, income for each year, date of COPR and status of applicant with their email id so they can't play around after. Based on this questions it should prompt them weather they are eligible or not.
3) I have seen this at provincial level but i think CIC is not interested to add this Filter at federal level because they are not interested to reunite families even though we are bloody tax payers from years. I personally feed 2 low income families from my tax deductions. But received nothing in return.
4) when i arrived initially in Canada as an international skilled worker, everybody wants english proficiency test and surprisingly you have to proove your english every 2 years. Why?? I think english have expiry date.
So many rules that doesn't make sense. Reason is simple, It's very UNCOMMON to have commonsense.

Received the invitation for my dad today at 10:59am
Hi all,
I haven't received invitation yet but curious about two things:
1) I applied last year but during the application time, I was outside Canada for family visiting purpose but now I'm back and have always been working full time in Canada, just last year during the time I applied I was out of Canada working remotely, will that affect my submission?
2) Is there a way to check with my confirmation number if there is any update?

Hello guys, I can not tell how happy i am, I was eligible and was trying to get selected since this lottery system started. But finally after long wait, i got invitation for my parents today. I really really hope, people like me who are waiting from so long and big plus, who are eligible, hope they get they get selected and other too
