Hi,
I need help i just got a refusal and a few of my friends too because we are residing in uae and we are pak or indian nationals with good sops and good financials and the reason was that you will not leave canada after based on your immigration status in your home country or country of residence , based on your purpose of your visit , based on your family ties
Please help address these issues as we have explained everything and how the course aligns with our future plan here in uae and we will return back in our sop

You need to show your strong ties to your home country, not UAE. Show properties, investment, family and job opportunities in Indian or Pakistan. Show that you are established or will be established there.

I have provided the trade license papers showing that my fathers owns a company and my current visa status is the employee of that company in which i will work and expand the business after the course

Ok so you showed trade license papers of your father. How is that got to do with your study permit application? Did your permit application ask you for trade license papers of your father?

As proof of return i provided the paper to show that currently i have a family business to go back to and my goals and the course i have chosen i explained in my sop that how the program will benefit me in expanding the business

You need to order GCMS notes as purpose of visit can mean many things even selected course, work experience. travel etc. Your biggest issue is that you are a foreign national. VOs want to see how you are returning to India or Pakistan not UAE.

Any idea on how to go on with these issue because i can change the course np but what about moving back to pakistan to apply how will i show my current job or status there

Why don't you want to go back to your home country now? Why would the VO believe you will do so at the end of your studies if you can't even prove that you will return home now?

What will i show them that i left my job and im jobless in pakistan and only i will come back because my family and property ? How will i show that i will find a job there after mba and lived in dubai all my life all my degree transcripts are from uae ?

What course and DLI did you apply for/to? What is your academic qualification and work experience? More often than not, the refusal is because of irrelevant course - the temporary residence thing is just an additional reason. Get your GCMS notes and you will know for sure what to tackle.

Why do you need an expensive Canadian degree if you are going to join your family business?
