He means absolutely nothing. He's just another frustrated individual who feels his particular situation is the worst. PNP feels they have the worst, FSW feels they have it the worst, CEC OBVIOUSLY thinks it's not easy enough for them because "taxes".

They had PNP draws for the past 2 years non stop but nobody is processing majority of those applications.
Go to EE PNP inland forum-you will see bunch of EE PNP inland 15+ months since AOR with Eligibility NOT started.
I am EE PNP inland myself almost 10 months since AOR with Eligibility NOT STARTED.

I never seen any FSW Outland 15+ months with Eligibility NoT started. So they process you guys outlands faster than us inlands.

Lost all hopes on those two a while ago. We won't see considerable movements until they start in-office activities. Sad.
