To me, it sounds like Canada wants "skilled" refugees instead of random ones, nothing to do with FSW.

He has good production quality. But his videos are full of Fluff/BS. God I stopped watching a long time ago. He gives you his apartment tour, drive in a car etc. He should be a the brand ambassador for IRCC selling Canadian Dream to everyone.

It just means they will waive some requirements for refugees to apply for economic immigration.

I do exactly the same.
I just saw a guy on ask kubeir that said that was "unfair" that Alberta was inviting high CRS FSW people because his score was low and he was expecting to be chosen by AINP. Like well high CRS people don't matter and are hated by both CEC people and low CRS FSW people.
