April 2020 - Citizenship Applicants

HI Raj ,

just needed advice. My passport expires in Jan 22 and I dont want to go through hassle of renewing It as dealing with BLS is a painful and costly.

I gave my citizenship test mid July and have received no update since. Do you think contacting IRCC regarding same is gonna be helpful.

I want to travel in January and with currrent timeline they are giving oaths in Feb 22

A friend of mine (also from Vancouver) passed his test on Aug 16, had it marked completed on Aug 17 and just got his DM today (2wks later).

That's good to hear ! But haven't received anything yet, and no updates so far on ecas. Will keep you posted if anything happens ! been checking it everyday this week...

You've been scheduled to take citizenship test online between September 9, 2021 and September 30, 2021. Information and instructions will be sent to you.

Actually crying here. I know I still have a long way to go but I'm so excited to do my test.

The date of the update is Sep 9 even though today is Sep 3.

Updated timeline in signature if someone could pls update the tracker!
