I am a PNP-expresss entry applicant, but I wan to apply for CEC. Therefore, I have created GCKey using new email address to apply under CEC. I have some queries regarding new express entry profile could you please share your thoughts?

(1) Has applicant received a nomination certificate from a province or territory?
I already have nomination from Province and my PNP-expreess entry application is active for that nomination. In this case should I say Yes to above query?

(2) Has applicant applied for Express Entry before?
I already applied under PNP-Express entry. So, should the answer be YES?

My question is I Have renew my CIPS (as u aware assessing body of IT proffessionals)... I have renew my membership few time ($350) ...
1. Is it mandatory requirement for PR application having a active CIPS membership ?
2. What is your recomandation to keep active CIPS membership by paying $350..on yearly basis .... ?

Hi @legalfalcon, i am FSW outland applicant with AOR-march 2020 and my application got approved in September 2020 according to GCMS but no COPR given and my medicals got expired in march 2021....should i go for upfront medical exam? And shall i hope to get PPR post September 7th as any vaccinated foreign national can enter canada...?

I got my gcms notes through CBSA and there are two notes that really concern me and I have no idea what to interpret and what timeline can I expect.

The Notes say:



Search of client yielded possible concern, please review

File referred for Biometric review

I have reviewed this application based upon the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the file and note the following: Complete- All eligibility documents on file REVIEW TYPE: Program Assistant APPLICATION #- xxxxxxxxx

Hi @legalfalcon do i have to apply gcms notes separately for my spouse which is dependent on the file. The one i received recently doesn't have much information about him in the notes. For eg: his medical information, criminality etc nothing is there.

Did you provide the reason for the refusal of the visa along with the county for which it was refused. If yes, then that is all that is required.

Yes, I did that. for US visa with the reason that was shared with me on that small paper. But haven't received any response or acknowledgement from them yet!

Nothing changes in short term and I do not speculate. Immigration is based on law and not opinions. Laws are made in the Parliament and interpreted in the Courts.

If you do not have any prior visa refusals, immigration or criminal issues, no need to be concerned.

All individuals over the age of 16 have to sign the consent form for their information to be released. If you did not have your spouse's consent, your spouse's details will be redacted.

Hi @legalfalcon, I received my WES ECA as "Undergraduate certificate (one year) and bachelor's degree (four years)". Will I be able to claim points for "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees"? Can you please share the official web source for it as well? Thanks in advance.
