Hi Navnii. It is usually taking two to three weeks in general cases(everything upfront no major mistake and all)for the people to receive BIL first after getting temporary number followed by the AOR as it arrives within a week after you receive BIL first. However, with certain exceptions keeping in mind it could possibly takes between a 30-40 days to receive BIL for those cases.

You didn't submit ilets results? At the time of application and then they requested it later?
Is Biometrics necessary for IG ? The application website said they do not require if Biometric was done in last 10 years.

However, from my understanding the letter they sent is very generic and the signature part is for additional forms, if they request. One of the documents they requested from me is my marriage certificate, which by any means I cannot scribble on. I just submitted scanned all my docs trough my portal. I haven’t got anything back from ircc since I uploaded the docs, which was beginning of the month. It says under review on all of them. Hope this makes you feel better. Not sure if it helps.
You do not give to biometrics again if you gave in last ten years don't worry they will refund the money to you
If they need a new RCMP, they will ask for it. Do not worry about it in my opinion.
