From my understanding, implied status is until decision is made on your application, regardless of the date of the paper you got ( it’s just an automatic letter they sent). Also, no need to stress, you will get a decision on your wp application before that date.

They will accept it, because the documents submitted on the application day need to be valid at the time not for the whole processing time.

No need for aor in order to apply for a wp under tr2pr. Just make sure you follow the checklist and attach all the documents needed, there were few people that got refused coz didn’t attach language test etc.
