1. Canada makes lot of money from the international students. ~20% of their total exports value(same as oil export contribution of canada). Don't jump to conclusions mate. Also, Your network may or may not represent the country. Undergrad programs are almost never subsidised.

I never said they didn't make a lot of money from students. What I'm saying is there's no new incentive for the government to shut down FSW. What I don't understand is, why do you bother keeping your EE profile on and posting here if you're so sure FSW is going down? I never understand these people. Find a school, apply for a study permit if you're so sure. Why waste time here?

The reason is you're stressed and you fear that FSW might be shut down. There are people who are trying to explain it won't. Why keep posting, especially if you haven't even lived in Canada? If you're so sure of what you believe, take action, go apply for a study visa. But in reality you desperately need people to reassure you FSW won't be going down that's why you keep posting. I swear, it's mental dudes like you every week coming with this brilliant idea of shutting down FSW because Canadian schools could definitely cover up that loss.

The study route won't give you your PR before 3 years and in 3 years this entire forum will have become PRs. Go apply for your study permit dude stop going mental on us.

I was thinking that maybe the end of August or next week but I am too optimistic i Think it will be more mid of September if border restrictions will be removed

Yeah. Definitely not August. They'll most likely end it with another 3k CEC.

I would love to see that the numbers for CEC would drop even further next week - no offence to anyone - however they had a draws for the entire year

I really doubt we'd see regular draws of less than 3000k invites. Like instead of having a 1500 CEC draw they'd maybe rather do a 6000 all program and at least 1000 of those CECs would get their ITAs anyway.
