There were changes made recently and the new GCMS notes are only 5-6 pages long with no agent or VO notes. If you want to see these notes, you have to specifically request for it.
Really? The one I saw with someone recently had 12pages but with the officers notes.

Hey guys, I'm a new applicant to EE/FSW and had a question I hope someone can help me with.

When looking for the NOC code, is it more important to look at the roles and responsibilities or the job title?

The reason I ask is, I work as a product manager for a tech company and my role coincides more with NOC 0213, which doesn't have "product manager" as a title in its examples, whereas NOC 0601 has product manager as a title in its examples, but none of the responsibilities match my role.

Thanks!

Roles & responsibilities.
Thank you! As a follow up, I've been in this role for close to 2 years, but got promoted to a "product manager" only a few months ago. If my company just states that I've been doing this role for x period - first under so and so title and now under "product manager" - will that be enough as part of my employment proof?

By calling it as a flu, you are insulting families who have lost their loved ones.
families who have lost their loved ones: Isn't it all families? I don't understand why people act like there was no death before covid lol. Before the vaccines it was quite deadly (well...only 2% but yeah) but with two shots of whatever vaccine it's just flu. People committed suicide over losing their jobs because of this flu so there's no disrespect or that goes both ways.

I honestly don't see any point delaying landing due to the weather. You'll witness winter any which way; if not this year then next year.

It's a good idea to want to hit the ground running in terms of job search. The bills don't stop once you step a foot in Canada.
Yeah agreed. Winter is always coming but I imagine most people would prefer to arrive during the warmer months as that also means your movements while trying to arrange and organise your new life in first few weeks in a new enviroment arent as restricted or further frustrated by freezing snow storms etc especially considering that most wont have private transport immediately to run these errands that are on the other side of town. Whereas I believe youde achieve alot more with far less stress when its pleasant out.
Also, In my case from a job market pov...my NOC; we spend 80% of our time doing field work outdoors in extremely harsh remote parts of the country.. peak hiring season is towards the end of winter Jan-Feb for the summer. Suppose I could get some canadian experience in the meantime doing a survival job if i dont immediately get employed in my NOC...just to pay the bills as youve said.
Just a couple of the factors iv been considering...about why Id want to time my landing for then.
These are just plans...ultimately all will depend on the timing of that golden mail.

What kind of jobs?
Food service is the low skilled jobs at restaurants. Like cashier/food prep. I know in the USA, it’s the kind of job you can easily get whenever. In Texas you could find something earning $10-14 working at a kitchen in like 1-2 weeks search. Which isn’t amazing but it would at least allow you to pay bills while you try finding something. Considering minimum wage in Canada is 14, it will probably all pay minimum.
