Hi everyone . My husband is the main applicant under tr to pr . He will apply OWP on October as his working permt will expre on February 2022. My question is can i apply NOW for OWP , as the ircc stated that family members can apply anytime or do i need to wait him? Any thoughts for this . Thanks a lot .

You’re eligible for an open work permit if you meet all of the following:
- you’re a spouse/common-law partner or a dependent child of a principal applicant for the PR pathway
- you must be 18 years of age or older
- you’re in Canada
- you apply online
- the principal applicant is eligible for an open work permit for this public policy
- the principal applicant included you as an accompanying family member in the PR application

I called IRCC yesterday and a really nice lady spoke to me.
Me: Good afternoon, I called to get an update on TR to Pr application under IG she took my UCI and all that info
Agent:- let me put you on hold and I will check for you, then after 2 min the agent came, she said we couldn't able to find any application. she said this is normal, some of the time systems take time to show up and officers are working on the applications once then proceed with AOR then we will get the temp app no.

My other friends who applied with same stream at 12:27 got there AOR on July 20, not sure why I am so not lucky
Hello!!I need suggestion ..I submitted my webform 4 weeks ago for family info as tjere were some mistakes in it and I have still not gotten any response ..should I send a webform again ?or what should I do ?

Yeah, you should have received the mail of confirmation when you have applied.
If the TR to PR portal says that your application was submitted successfully, then you don't need to worry.
I don't know bro why there is a delay in your application but I will pray you will get it soon
Hi guys, are PT hours counted as 1/2 of FT length, if someone works for 20 hours on PT per week would it be calculated as 2/3 of FT length or 1/2 of it?
Also, would they consider average of total PT hours over the duration as I got my pay bi-weekly and not on weekly basis so hours are reflected on bi-weekly basis. Please share
