I admit I don't know a whole lot about the US immigration system but I'm willing to bet it's not fair and transparent as usarules claims it to be. I have many relatives who are US citizens for more than 50 years. Back then it was easy to go to US but things have changed quite a lot since 9/11.
I'm not from India or China, still, I don't know what options I have to move to the US. If I could, I would but it's not so easy.
I was denied a US Student visa many years back because of the lack of funds. Today I have my own business and a decent client base in US and I make 2, maybe 3 times more money than an average US citizen. Does it make me better than anyone? I don't think so. I don't look down on people who choose to immigrate to other countries. Everyone has their reason to immigrate, but it at the end of the day, we are all equal.
