That Rs 3050 is for premium lounge service. For passport submission, i think u have to pay again .

And on that receipt they mentioned one tracking no.and app reference no.too.is that one for Biometric?

Hi guys.i have questions. So at the time of Biometric vfs jalandar ( india)chrge me 3050 rs. for passport courier in March .but that time i just had Biometric letter.so if now i get passport request letter.is i need to pay again?

you'll have to check with VFS but in some VFS offices at least the biometric fee will cover the handling fee for subsequent passport submission. I do not know about the courier fee, that is a separate fee from the handling.

(Also don't know about the premium service you may have paid for)

I think you do not need to pay, I remember I watched a YouTube where it was told if PL was paid, you will be receiving AWB number directly (I am not 100%?sure). Someone can confirm.
