How about changing address before receiving eCOPR?
I already uploaded the photos & address since Jun 9, but haven’t received eCOPR.

eCOPR is already delayed by a month for you.. trying those options in will further delay and complicate the whole process. Its totally upto you on whether you are ok to take that risk and Ok with the delaying the whole progress.

In-Canada declaration, photo, and address submitted: 20 May 2021
COPR received: 13 July 2021
PR card arrival: couldn’t give a flying f*&k!

To those who're still waiting and filled to the brim with anxiety and frustration, I won't tell you to be patient because it's not fair, and, quite frankly and in the most gentle way possible, f*#k IRCC and their inefficient and illogical clusterf&#k. Sorry, Canada! We deserve to rage! Throw your fists up in the air and rage- peacefully and mainly to yourself (we’re in Canada here and you don’t want to lose any more friends with your incessant ruminating)- but rage all the same!

Thank you all for all the information, emotional support, and a fair bit of communal anxiety as the cherry on top that everyone's chimed in on this thread! I know a few of us have descended into pretty dark places during this whole ordeal. Just know that there’s always light at the end of life’s long tunnels. I wish everyone still waiting and those who've waited and are now in need of therapy for PTSD an all encompassing good luck! yeah, I know.. it would be troublesome if we’re moving out right now. The only reason is due to the PR card!! And it’s kinda hopeless to ask the status of my eCOPR. Already raised some webforms & called them. I will try your advice tomorrow, hopefully they would transfer the call to PR card dept.

Hello everyone!
My PR was approved June 2nd and received email confirmation portal on July 7, which I replied the same day. O am still waiting for the email with the account they are going to create for me. I am the only one in Canada, ny wife and kids are backhome and I already informed them in the email I sent.
Do you know how long it gonna take for them to send me the account to upload my photo? I am very desperate since I am 6 years without my wife and kids. STILL WAITING FOR THEIR EMAIL

For all of you, you are definitely getting your COPR for sure as long as you are in confirmation portal stage. Nothing to worry about.

Guess I’m in for a long wait for my PR card. Just called and the agent says there was an error in card production, although my photo was accepted.

Does anyone have an idea of what the error could be? Is anyone experiencing the same issue??
