It has been 3 months since I received COPR but no news for virtual landing. Tried ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING (MP, webforms, emails, calls, faxes...)! What happens as worst case scenario if I travel to Turkey and send my documents to VFS within Turkey? OR what happens if I send my passport and documents from Canada to VFS Turkey?

Could you please confirm, did you receive copr or passport request? What did the email with copr say?

Hi, it is a ytpical request of submission of passport email
Okay, so you didn't get COPR, different thing.

If you have the instructions to submit to Ankara and you go and submit through the VAC there (or however the instructions indicate you should), I don't see any issue. But a guess given all the communications. No idea how long that might take, you could check with other Ankara applicants. I would NOT do this by trying to submit from Canada though.

Note, I'm not following your case that closely, I'm not recommending you do this just to get your landing docs, but if you're heading there anyway .... (as I think you mentioned at some point?).

You are right, it's my mistake, i only received Request for Submission of Passport. The problem is during this never ending process i came to canada, i got temporary residence and my address changed to canada. Do you think in this situation i may have issues by going back to turkey and submitting my documents there?

Would only be guessing either way. No idea what's best for you to do.
And note, you asked before, and the risks mentioned, i don't see what's changed. If you are just taking about travelling to do the landing, you were told before, there is a risk.

Sorry I don't know how to shake the virtual landing process loose.

What did you end up doing?
I am in a similar position. Waiting for virtual landing for 2+ months now but want to travel back to my home country to visit my parents.
You are generally better off waiting ... UNLESS you are comfortable remaining abroad until it all gets sorted, and no-one can tell you how long that may take.

That said, the person in this thread eventually did travel abroad and didn't have trouble:

Of course, depends whether you have work or current status in Canada, etc.

Thank you for your response.

Looking around the forum, it seems the virtual landing process has been taking and is currently taking multiple weeks (months).

While I fear that if I leave Canada I could then get stuck in my home country for a long time while waiting for IRCC to transfer my file there, I also fear staying in Canada and I waiting for another 4+ months for the landing without being able to work.

I understand. Can't help you with the decision.

Although they say I must wait in Canada for the Virtual Landing they did nothing! I took the risk, went back to Turkey, sent my documents as if I was always in Turkey, my whole work was done within one week and I got my passport back with the PR visa in it.

I was never treated so inhuman in my life. I travelled more than 30 countries, I lived and worked in many countries. Always worked in international companies. Never in my life I felt so humiliated. Ironically Canada claims to be the most civilized and respectful to human beings but they gave me the worst inhuman experience in my life. The Covid excuse is a total scam. They used Covid only to go home and not work. You can judge someone's fairness by their treatment to the ones which can't make their voice heard. Canada failed big from this test.
