if the applicant changes her city while application is in process, do I need to get a new police clearance certificate?
for background checks do they visit home? or just go over the documentation?

just notify them with the new address that's it. No need for new PC, unless you change countries and lived there more than 6 months,

Yes, I got a medical request in June. File transferred there mid-March 2021

My file was sent to NYVO approx 3/24/2021..No updated since then, except Ecas status changed and updated with Line2-We started processing your application on 29th June"
