Did you send the requested documentation (1) over email, (2) submitted via online application, or (3) webform?

You can not upload it on your GCkey account as it doesn’t show these requested documents in there

Hi,
Today I received a letter from CIC asking for a copy of Option C for the years 2016, 2017, 2018. I wonder why they requested this information if I provided them with Sin number ?

318 PPR out of 855 cases of the tracker. That is 37.2% finalized after two years. Covid19 affected so much as the IRCC target was 80%.
Hope the process will be faster from now for everyone.
Many updates reported for cases in CPC-M and London recently.

All the best to everyone. Having cases in process is the best thing.

Question: My parents are currently in Canada, but they want to go back China to deal with some things. They will come back Canada after 2-3 months. I wonder if I need to inform IRCC about the address change, as the case is currently under processing at CPC-M. If I change the address, will it effect the processing speed and processing office. After 2-3 months, apparently I will change the address back to Canada. It's like back and force.

My opinion is not necessary to change the address as it takes that much time for response. Others may have different experience!
