My parents (75 & 71 years old), hold a 10 year multiple visit visa that will expire this September. Can they renew their 10 year visa or do they need to apply for a new one altogether? There is no information on the official website regarding this. I know for a fact that you can renew the 10 year US visa without having to reapply. I was wondering if the same can be done with the 10 year Canadian visa.
Oh btw, my sister is a Canadian citizen, so they got their 10 year multiple based on that.
