A lots. In fact most of the DMs are 55-75%.0. Once you got Approved on GCKEY , it will become 100%. In my case it was 71%.

Yep it's necessary to provide Canadian PCC, I applied a month ago they said you'll receive it in your mail box within 15 days. But didn't received anything yet.
