OCI processing status shows today as : processing at consulate general on BLS tracker website online. I think it passed the initial screening at BLS and they've accepted the documents.

If you go to local Purolator delivery agency and send it from there directly , it will cost u less money as compared to calling BLS. Just go to the Purlator agency agent , they will generate the return shipping label for you over there. Include that return label with your application and send...

It shows Eligibility completed on tracker today. But on IRCC portal its the same status that we're reviewing whether you meet eligibility requirements. Don't know which one to believe and which one is out of sync.

No need to sorry. Only your husband (principal applicant) can see the status of all pr card applications (dependents) through his mycic account. He can only do so if dependents pr card applications are already linked one by one through his mycic account.
