2 REFUSALS ALREADY, NEW APPLICATION WITH LOTS OF CHANGES! NEED REVIEWS.

My consultant is from canada. And he is saying the main cause of rejection is due to my low IELTS score. In Reading-5.5 rest all 6. Does IELTS matter because in KSA none of them telling it really matters and when I have checked Riyadh IRCC checklist- Language eligibility was also not there. And other point is that I tend to apply a bit late when last time that I have applied. Is there a problem if I apply next month because GCMS itself takes 1 month. So what are the possible solutions for this???

What all changes have you made from the previous application for your re-application. If you could provide me your mail we could keep in touch since we are from ksa.

Unfortunately your consultant is guiding you wrong. If ielts were the issue then you wouldn’t have got other reasons. Immigration status reason means something else. Personal assets etc mean something else. You need to dump your consultant, he/she seems misinformed, just getting money out of you.

I mean I am from India, will be applying from Saudi only. Phrased it wrong!! I’m looking into the option where I have seen PH candidates put the “applying from” their home country as it may lead to the file going to a different VO office than the GCC!

Have two options, will decide and pay the fees by tomorrow. Just want to ask why not Crandall? It’s one of the options, other is publicly funded. Crandall was something I was keen about?!

Actually it’s a permit with 1 year validity which you pay and renew every year, but that doesn’t mean I can live here without purpose. If the person loses the job which they came here for, we need to leave the country the next day. We don’t have any residency or anything in the Middle East, just a permit to stay until that employment we have. No rights like a PR of any country as such. Also the family that stays on your work permit, every member is entitled to a certain fee every month. So technically we have to pay for the permit + a monthly fee to reside here as well until we have a job.

On IMM1294 form the 9 section where they ask you “applying from” you can mention India and they ask if it’s same as country territory of residence just select “no” and you can choose status in the country you are apply from “citizen”. That’s not misrepresenting or lying. There is a full fledged section to do that.

You need to give them the reason why from that country by simply clicking citizen, I guess it answers. Also on CIC website, find under the faqs applying from a different country than home, they have mentioned you have to give a reason why you are applying from where you are applying.

i wanted to know because I am also applying from outside my home country(INDIA) but from Spain.. I have residence on basis of my father... and the whole family is here, my father is working, my mother is a housewife and my sister is studying in public university here
and the residence renews after a certain period like how passport expires and have to renew... and residence is going to expire on 21st October and we cant apply before 2 months for renewal... and until then I can't wait.. coz I applied for sept intake...
what should i do?
I don't know what should I write in my S.O.P..?
my file will go under SDS or NONSDS? coz everyone is confusing me.. some are saying SDS and some are NONSDS
and what are documents I have to attach
??

I have read the previous threads. Just want to say that my study visa also got rejected recently from IRCC Riyadh.

Im planning to re apply by next week but I didnt get GCMS notes because it requires 1 month to reach. So I think Ill better apply without that. My visa rejection was on 4 basis- immigration, purpose of your visit, financial assets, and current employment situation.

Im planning to take a letter from my previous employer back in my homecountry stating that Ill join his company after my study from Canada. Will that work? Any respose will be appreciated.

My passport and all my documents have my permanent address where I reside in India. I don’t have any document from this country at all, I did file my application from here but it’s your choice to change that. You don’t have to lie about anything and if the rules allow you to apply from India then go ahead. Also I can’t give you advice regarding your case because I am only aware of the rules regarding residency in the Middle East, if the resident permit of Spain allows you to buy a home, start a business and live there without your father’s job then our cases are totally different. Even if you do applying from India while in Spain. I guess it can only be NON SDS because only in SDS application you need to be living in India. In Non SDS there’s no such rule.

I thought you said you have PR (permanent residency) in Spain? If you have to renew your visa periodically then you are on temporary residence. This means you still have to contend with the issue of immigration status in your country of residence.

I thought you are Permanent Resident in Spain and have Spain Residency Card/Status. So all the advices that everyone provided was wrong and misleading based on what you posted that you have PR status in Spain

You are not applying from India unless you are living in India. You are applying from your country where you live now. That is what the question means.

What do you mean you are having authority? You mean that is allowed by the Immigration Canada? You can be in KSA and file as if you are in India?
