Hello everyone, hope all are doing well and healthy. I just want to share an update that we received the other day after enquiring thru web. I am the employer (with kids 2 & 3 yrs old) hiring my sister who is in Saudi Arabia under HCCP. Hence application is outside Canada and with no qualifying experience. I'm not sure if their reply is good or not so good. At least they are PLEASED to acknowledge receipt of the application package (DHL tracking arrived April 1, 2021) and confirmed they haven't issued AOR. I'm a silent reader here, but I haven't seen anyone with this reply. Thought of sharing. Here it goes:

"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We verified the information on file and are pleased to confirm that the application was received by the responsible office.

If further information is needed during the processing of your application, the responsible office may contact you.

Submitted mine in 2020 and I only got temporary file number. Completed 2yrs of experience. This is frustrating..

Shedule A for the principal applicant and Schedule A for your dependents 18 years old or above, if you have any. That's what I think. But let's wait for others' idea on this.

Im an outside canada applicant. Edmonton received my papers on March 26,2021. Temporary AOR on June 3,2021.

Pagkakaintindi ko, kung my spouse ka,iba yung sayo,iba yung sa spouse mo..then yung mga details ng Education,Personal History at addresses mo the past 10 years dapat kumpleto,bawal acronym or abbreviations, dapat e full mo xa, then xmpre di talaga xa kakasya sa box na provided in the forms, pwede ka gumamit ng separate forms, lagyan mo ng name,form Number, then pirmahan mo.. yun ata.

Yung instructions kasi sa guide sa website nila,you can use a separate sheets kung di mgkakasya.basta dapat kumpleto/spell out lahat ng ilalagay.. yung lang po

I think, whar it meant is if you have declared dependents, you have to do yours separately. Best thing to do is comply. I have instances like that that I know for sure I've submitted it (cuz I have my own copy for reference) but then again they ask for another one. So, in my opinion, do not give them any reason to refuse your application, just send it again to them. Make sure to check the bottom part of the forms. Most of the time they update forms. it has dates at the bottom (month and year when they revised it) so make sure the forms are up to date. I think that's why they are asking for it again. Accdg to my consultant, that's important. hence, might be the reason why they are asking for it again.
