No need for ielts when you do ECA. IELTS is a separate assessment focusing on your fluency in english.you need to get score of 5 in all categories(Reading,Listening,Writing,Speaking)

You check their webpage, there are guidelines there on the requirements and what forms to fill out in the application. But you should take an ielts first and have your educational credentials assessed(ECA)

No, I didn't get anything yet! What's going on? Are you 2019 applicant?

I have no idea. You should have checked their list of recognized institutions/Colleges/Universities first before registering because they have it there.
