I'm sure you can find that information anywhere in this forum, but it really depends on the steps you did before as some steps are in a different order for different people (with very different situation). You can look at my signature and fill it with your info and then everyone will be better equipped to answer your question.

My SA received at April and I got a notification that my application has been handled by the Singapore migrations office.
