Hi I'm in the same situation with you, same COPR date and received COPR letter form email. Few minutes ago I just saw the "information letter" is attached in my cic account, not sure if that means they start to process our PR card application lolHas anyone had their COPR letters added to their CIC account months after they received them via email? In February, I received COPR via email for me & dependents from Etobicoke Office but the documents weren’t uploaded to the CIC account then (they were uploaded today)... The letter itself states that it’s valid for a year but on the CIC online account it’s showing that the docs expired on May 17... anyone experienced this along with movements in PR card application shortly after?
Just one more tip about the notorious City/town of birth field: For example, "Bangalore, Karnataka" didn't work but "Bangalore Karnataka" worked for me.Please try with following options, may be it will match with IRCC systems data :
Please select one (required) - UCI and Family Name
Unique Client Identifier (UCI) (required) - Enter as per COPR Document
Family Name (required) - Enter as per COPR Document
City/town of birth (required) - Try City name, State name e.g. Bangalore, Karnataka
Country/territory of birth (required) - Enter as per COPR Document
Date you became a permanent resident (required) - Enter the date given in COPR document above on the header above UCI#
Country of Citizenship (required) - As per passport
Current marital status (required) - As per your PR application
Lol I really hope that’s what they are doing! #FingersCrossedHi I'm in the same situation with you, same COPR date and received COPR letter form email. Yes as in CoPR letter. or as in GCMS notes if you ordered one. See this postWhen linking pr card application, do we need to enter everything in capital letters?
Send email to CIC-Etobicoke-Landings@cic.gc.ca > and ask for your COPR document as attachment, Provide all your details with UCI#Has anyone had their COPR letters added to their CIC account months after they received them via email? Thank you and have a nice day and life on CanadaJust one more tip about the notorious City/town of birth field: For example, "Bangalore, Karnataka" didn't work but "Bangalore Karnataka" worked for me.
If the comma doesn't work, try space.
Hi, the COPR was provided via direct email in February from the Etobicoke office. It was not uploaded on the CIC account until today I received emails stating I have a message in my CIC online account. I logged in and saw application/ profile updated (on the EE profile) with the documents there- found it strange because it has been almost 4 months..Send email to CIC-Etobicoke-Landings@cic.gc.ca > and ask for your COPR document as attachment, Provide all your details with UCI#
I had similar experience.Hi, the COPR was provided via direct email in February from the Etobicoke office. The reply from IRCC is very confusing. Usually files get transferred from Etobicoke only after uploading and approving the photos.Mine is COPR Jan 21st, Receipt Date Feb 2nd and still waiting for even 1st GU.
Today I heard back from my MP and also called IRCC. I was told that my file is in Sydney office, but the officer does not see photos uploaded on my profile.
Does anyone know what that means? File is transferred to Sydney for card printing I thought. So not sure how was it transferred without Photos being approved!!
