Hello there, i will be pleased if you give me response for this two of my questions
1. what will happen on the submitted study permit application if the class starts before visa approval? Will they still approve it so that I can deffer for the next semester?
2. Or They will definitely refuse visa because the class has already started? Please reply, thank you!

Thank you for your quick response, I'm working on deferring my admission. But one last thing, I'm not sure if I get you on point, You mean they may still approve the study permit even if they know the class start date has passed?
P.S. The class commencement date is mentioned on the LOA.

Sure they can approve the permit after classes starts. They don’t stop processing as they are so behind.
