My parents made their biometrics in March 2020. A week ago got the medical examination request. So it took 14 months fro bio to ME.
My mom got her biometrics done in USA, because there arent any appointments available in Venezuela because of covid. I also applied for a visitor visa in the mean time to visit us, and it has been taken 1 year plus to process.
Applied for a visitor visa in April 2020. this is taking sooooo long.

I’m glad to see Mexico office is awake!! Finally! Hopefully soon we will all get some good news! I’m June 10, 2019 applicant and only Biometrics asked so far Feb 2020, IME asked but for visa extension not for PR application.
Thanks for sharing and updating!

Who got experience here had travel authorization letter? Please
Thanks
We got travel authorization for grandparents but didn't use it.

She is. Did you get an email regarding the medical exam results, or even an update on the date the medical exam was completed? I am logging in constantly to see if the date she took the exam shows up there. So far it still shows "you need to do the medical exam".
No email whatsoever. I found out by chance.

Hello everyone,

CIC sent a letter saying my mother is now qualified to receive pre-arrival services.

I checked cic online status and decision were made for both me (the sponsor) and my mother’s pr application. I could not find the tracker to understand the timeline so my questions are:

- Does it now mean in principle, my mother’s pr is approved?

- What is the next step to obtain her pr card? I know we still have to wait for the official letter from cic but I wonder if she will have to flight to Canada and do the landing procedure before she can have her pr card by mail?

Thanks for helping and good luck to all :)

Hospital confirmed twice that they submitted my mom’s ME but CIC replied to my inquiry that the officer in charger hasn’t received it. It’s been 3 weeks. Is ME result reviewed by another office?
