I don't see a point in doing so. It just takes away the opportunity for other eligible applicants

I have one question.....I have got PCC from passport office( India ) on February 22nd because I was visiting India and I came back in Canada on April 07. So do I have to apply for another pcc from BLS now ???

No, if you’re stay in India is less than 6 months, the PCC you got in Feb is fine to use.
