You should decline. There are cases that passed, but there are lots of cases that were refused as well. Do you want to take risk?

I did a through research in all the forums and found many cases succesfully got PR but didnt even find single decline, can you link any one case here please ?

My immigration lawyer told me so, and I don't have any specific cases. In the past, several clients of my lawyer were refused because he received the ITA when he didn't have 1-year exp. Just simply search this forums, and didn't find any case that was failed doesn't mean that this issue doesn't exist. The real number of EE applicants for sure is much bigger than the number of people reported here. Lots of applicants do not even use this forum at all! So when they failed, obviously they didn't report here

Hi All, I have submitted my husband's PCC application few days ago and Just got to know that Instead of $44.40 we had to make a DD of $41.40. Will they not proceed his PCC because of that?

Hmmm ... I agree that most of the people doesnt use forums but at the same your lawyer said so might not be true until there is a proven case. The only documented proof i have now is that official IRCC tweet says that we can apply. I submited my application with LOE and attached official tweet from IRCC suggesting to apply

You won't always get an update via email. I check my application in the morning and afternoon.
