SVP jai notre enfant est né il y a 10 jours.
Nous avons fait sa déclaration de naissance mais il faudra sûrement beaucoup de temps pour la délivrance de son acte de naissance.

Pouvons-nous envoyer à IRCC la copie de la demande que nous avons fournie ?

Pensez-vous que cette situation va retarder notre affaire ?

Quelle est votre expérience à ce sujet s'il vous plaît?

Ou avons-nous tous déjà leurs résidences?

Comment puis-je être si désespéré sans même un peu de réconfort, un peu de compassion...

Parfois, même un peu d'encouragement peut redonner espoir.

J'ai quitté mon pays avec une famille de 4 personnes en laissant tout derrière moi. à ce jour j'attends inlassablement ma résidence permanente AOR le 9 avril vivant à Québec. J'ai eu un enfant le 10 mai que je n'ai pas encore déclaré car son acte de naissance n'a pas encore été délivré. le 29 mars, j'ai fait une demande de permis de travail ouvert transitoire car mon permis de travail expire le 3 juillet 2022.
Et j'ai eu l'agent d'immigration qui m'informe que si je n'obtiens pas ma résidence automatiquement mon permis de travail ouvert sera refusé. que je ne connaissais pas au moment de faire la demande.

Je suis à 1 mois de l'expiration de mon permis de travail.

Je me demande si je ne devrais pas annuler ma demande de résidence permanente et de permis de travail ouvert et faire un permis fermé avec mon employeur actuel.

Que pensez-vous que je puisse faire comme action ?

Aidez moi avec vos avis merci

Please I would like to have your opinions on my file and your opinions on your own file for those who do not yet have PR.

I filed my CEC files on April 9 and since I have been waiting I live in Quebec.

I applied for a transitional open work permit on March 27 and still no response.

I have already called IRCC more than 15 times the answer is the same you have to wait.

I wrote to some MPs to help me, it didn't change my file.

Do you think my case still has hope?
what more can i do?

Are there people waiting for PR who filed in April 2021?


I'm desperate I can't sleep I only have regrets, regret to have come to Canada because I sold everything if I return it's to go in the street with my family.

Don't loose hope, I am in the same situation like you, no work permit am just waiting like you too.

That's unfortunate! I submitted my application in May 2021, and was approved and received my PR card on Aug 2021. People said that you can order a note to see what's going on with your application. Have you tried that?

I did not ask for a note because I have already called IRCC at least 15 times and once it tells me that all the steps have been passed remains the final decision and that there is no comment in my file that everything is good.



For more than 5 months they say that my file is being reassessed.

I am still await for DM, frustrated and depressed. All others passed, exept the security is still in progress. Security was done in CSIS in March 2022 and it is still in progress in CBSA. Suffering a lot in past year, but I am still alive.
