Thanks for letting me know, I am also live in BC, if my mom got AIP, she will apply to BC MSP or interim health program like I called BC pnp they said care card only issue after COPR, So not sure where to apply.

I applied online for my friend he got it msp

you have other option B you can apply for work permit takes between one week or three weeks she will get her work permit after that you can apply msp it takes two weeks for approval

yes you have to let them know she approved first stage this is how she gets open work permit and also she gets her temporary residency status
