thanks a lot dear friend, so they just ask you to prove your financial independence or they said we need this and this document...
The letter says Recent employment letter, a recent pay stub or a proof that you are not receiving welfare support.
So without the 2 documents, you should send account statement and apply for a work permit with your AIP and attach proof

my appeal factor are like below.
1. I have been here Canada since 2008 with workpermit. Quiet long time.
2. And I have 2 Canadian children, they are almost 10 and 12 years old. Best interest is children concern. They grew up in Canada only and never experienced any other culture or country even my country.
3. Also my job noccode never meet any other immigration program like a express entry.
Congrats!!! I love to read it as I have similar case! Fingers crossed ;)

This is a last chance for me and my parents to be together in Canada. They don't have anyone there and I don't have family in Canada except my toddler. They won't be able to come on visitor visa either if this application is refused on medical basis. Please pray it is very important for my little one to have a family that loves her.

You have the option to apply for PGP if your father's health passes medical inadmissibility.

I am a single income earner and my income doesn't qualify for handling the expense of 4 people so I can't apply. I was told by my lawyer that even if I did, my father wouldn't pass medical neither for staying here on visitor visa nor for permanent residence. This is our last chance.
I have worked here and paid taxes from last 10 years and without my father's support I wouldn't be able to educate myself in Canada as I was very young at that time. He has done a lot and because of that I am here. He is healthy in a way as he can go for a walk buy he needs dialysis for survival. His health declined after he came to Canada. If he goes back home, he might not be able to survive in covid as the hospitals don't have beds available.

Your father will likely be able to extend his stay until the situation in India gets better so I won't be concerned about him being forced to leave while covid is out of control and while Canada has a travel ban. Dialysis is extremely expensive in Canada and available in India which will likely be one of the things considered. If you don't meet the LICO level for 4 people I am not sure how you will support your parents in Canada. Your parents are likely to seek welfare or other financial support which will be another concern. It also seems like you may have a very large amount of medical debt at the moment if you are paying for dialysis out of pocket. You will need to show how you will be able to afford to pay off the debt. I hope you tried to address all these concerns in your H&C application. Hope for the best but there seems to be many obstacles in your application so I would also be realistic. You can still help support your parents if they have to return to India. Many Canadian grandchildren do not live near their grandparents and are only able to see them occasionally so your situation isn't that abnormal. All you can really do is see what happens. It is always hard to predict outcomes of H&C applications.

I am able to pay all my bills and medicine for my father. I earn enough to pay for 4 people but the government has set a standard of 65000 +30% for 4 people. I don't earn that much, but enough for ourselves as I had my education in Canada. Many grandchildren live here with their parents and have cousins and other family members to connect with. I am an only child and single parent. In our case it's just 3 of us to raise the little one. Since I am the only one to take care of my parents and all we have is each other as a family ( rather than a having partner or a father to my child- which would be considered normal) I have raised her by my self for 1st 3 years and right now it's 24x7 love she is getting from her grandparents. I always choose the right means to do anything. I had finished my education and got my permanent residence with all the hardwork. If I could apply through any other means, I would have never applied through H and C.
