Now a days, in how many days canmedpk respond after sending them booking request?

We received acknowledgement from gc key for uploading ADR in 7-10 days from time of upload. its like number of email depending on what and how many document were requested in ADR. we uploaded ADR 22nd Dec 2020. its been from then to now. we are still waiting.
as long as your status to gc key saying submitted. and ADR review timeline is not saying - action required. you are safe.
The best way to book the appointment is to email them at canmedpk@iom.int with the below information. After sending this information to them, they will reply back within 1-2 days and your appointment will likely be in 2 weeks or so. It might be earlier depending on the current booking schedule.

Do we have to mention application number on the back of both photos or just one that we are going to submit with passport ?

2019September applicant ADR sumitted in 7nobvember DM 10March got refusal latter marriege was not genuine
Why didn't you send marriage certificate from start? Also did you send any pictures, chat history or any other proof when submitting application? Anyways sorry to hear this, hope you can appeal and win. I don't think any actual genuine case is rejected from appeal.
