Before anyone can provide guidance - please do share ( if you are comfortable ) :

1. what proof of marriage did you provide at the time of your application?
2. what documents did they ask for in the ADR?
3. did you provide the same documents in ADR that you provided at the time of your application?
4. Were you able to submit your ADR on time?

If the answer to 3 is yes - then they probably didn't think the original documents were sufficient and were looking for even more documents to see as proof of your relationship. That means that in addition to the documents you already have - please do add further new evidence that you didn't add prior but what that might be is dependent on what you already provided.

I think your lawyer screwed you. You need to find out.
The thing is, Visa Office does not refuse an application based on not genuine, without issuing a procedural fairness letter (PFL).
This letter states the concerns they have and give you 30 days to send additional proofs.
Your lawyer could have missed/forgot then decided not tell you this letter was sent, because it's malpractice.

Check your Ecas carefully around January/February a correspondence letter should of been sent to the applicant.

Im so sorry to hear that. Do you know if they originally received your ADR documents when requested, on time? I think the issue might’ve been that you couriered your documents when you should’ve emailed or uploaded them through GC Key. Maybe they didn’t receive it, hence a refusal

You should order gcms notes to know what exactly went wrong with your file.

I found this very odd and I think everybody else also questioned, why your ADR were sent in physical form through a courier. I think everybody else has submitted digitally, either GCkey or email. I would start there. You're saying they never received the documents, and the articles you provided sound like more than enough proof required for a genuine relationship. The documents were received during the pandemic and it is a well-known fact that they weren't touching any physical documents for a good chunk of 2020. A lot of files get lost after receipt - it would be no surprise that the ADR was lost as well.

I can understand some applicants don't have the knowledge or understanding of the process to know that ADRs can be submitted online - but at least their lawyers who are getting paid for it should know this as basic info. I would start off with appealing + drilling the lawyer against the wall.

I think you need to speak to your lawyer/immigration consultant about the ADR documents! It seems they were not received by IRCC and that's why they refused your application, otherwise it seems you had enough proof. Tell your lawyer to order GCMS notes for you, it will be easier to know what were the issues based on those.
