I'm really hoping someone can help me out here because this photo so far is the only document that we don't have in order to submit our application.
I understand the camera requirements for this photo, 50x70, white background, subject clearly visible, etc etc. But what I don't understand is, does there need to be some sort of stamp on the back of the pictures? If I am in the US, and my wife who is submitting the documents is in Canada, can I digitally send her these pictures and she prints them out on photo paper? And if that's possible, then can she just hand write down the same information in the stamp on the back of the image? It would be so much quicker if I didn't have to actually mail the images for us to submit everything.
