Yes they are processing normal TRVs. I would send an email to the India covid email address about your application but a TRV for children of PRs are not guaranteed because they aren't temporary visitors and they want to remain in Canada. It is 50/50. Your wife would still have plenty of time left on her RO if she had only been stuck abroad for around a year due to covid.
My apologies, this is the first time I applied for a visitor visa so not much information on the process but I applied for the kids TRV online, does it still go through India's system? I do not have the India covid email address, is it for the Canada embassy in India?

For my wife she has been in India since Sep 2019 already, she was about to board her flight on 25th March 2020 but the lockdown was implemented on the night of 24th March. In earlier years as well due to family emergencies she was in India twice for 6 months each time. By September this year she would be out of Canada for 3 years plus since September 2016.

Hi,

I am a Canadian PR holder, currently in India. I want to apply for my spouse visitor visa from India.

Please let me know the link to download/apply for spouse visitor visa (outland) and the other requirements for Canada travel/visitor visa? From where can I get set of documents to apply for Spouse visitor visa from India?

Thank you.

There is no such thing as spouse visitor visa, only visitor visa. Google Canada Visitor Visa. Visitor visas for spouses have low success rates because the spouse isn’t coming temporarily.

If you hare married, you should be applying for spousal sponsorship. Google Canada spousal sponsorship.

Hello guys this thread has been really informative. I need some help regarding the doctor's note for PHAC. Does it have to be a digital signature or can it be signed and scanned? If someone can share their experience it would be so very helpful. Thank you in advance.

this is what I found on the website. Did you scan and email the form?

You need the completed and signed Letter of Required Support to submit your application.

  1. Only a health care professional licensed to practise in Canada can fill out the form.
  2. Send the PDF form to the health care professional licensed to practise in Canada who can certify that your presence is required. They need to fill out and sign the form and send it to you digitally.
  3. The form can be filled out and signed on a computer with:
    • any PDF software
    • the default PDF viewer available through your Internet browser
  4. Travellers must have their own Letter of Required Support with their name included

Hello everyone, My father applied for Temporary visitor visa last year and it was rejected and now we again applied for super visa this time for my father. I submitted my father's super visa application on Nov 28 2020 online . and after that I am seeing information in application status . its is showing as written below , :

Principle Applicant : S***** S***
Unique Client Identifier (UCI) : 12345678
Application number : 12345678
Date received : Nov 28 2020
Biometrics : 01234567891011121314
Date of enrolment : June 10 2019
Expiry date : June 10 2029

Please help me figure out this. Does this mean they asking for biometrics needs to be done or what ? because when i got "application received" letter through email from IRCC , they wrote that they will contact and send another email regarding next step.. do they usually ask for biometrics through email or this is it .or should i wait for email from ircc. what is this biometric number showing in the application status. please guide .thanks

Hey guys! I applied for TRV for my mother and father in October but haven't been able to submit biometrics in India. I tried PHAC sighting my wife's pregnancy but our physician was not willing to sign it. I am now planning to send my parents to Dubai to get their Biometrics done in a week. The question is - Since their BIL is expired, would it be a problem? I do have an e-mail from CIC that states BIL will not get expired.
