I have the same dilemma and had contacted IRCC for clarification. They asked me to email travel exemptions regarding my query but I have not received a reply. As of now I am trying to stick to the provided itenary, if you are able to gather more info on this it would be very useful

Unfortunately we do need a direct and there are only 1 or 2 options which are quite expensive. They printed the date and flight detail I provided on the single entry document as well (you can provide the itinerary without booking the tickets). I only provided specific answers to the questions...

They didn't take a local number that much I'm sure of. They downloaded an app and they got a msg on too. They had some international pack on

They traveled from Chennai too. Appointments were easily available and while we were nervous until reports came which took about 24 hours and everything has been OK. They finished biometrics yesterday.

Oh ok. My parents just finished biometrics in dubai btw coz I heard they are asking for them even with PHAC. If u have time you can try PHAC first.

Did you also submit the site authorization form? Or just the letter of Required Support? Asking coz getting the site authorization for my apartment is a bit tricky and I've submitted without that for now

I am not sure what OTB is, I know they got the visa and PCR test. I'm trying for PHAC side by side too, but I heard we may need biometrics even if PHAC is approved...are you submitting the site authorization form for PHAC?

this is what I found on the website. Did you scan and email the form? You need the completed and signed Letter of Required Support to submit your application. Only a health care professional licensed to practise in Canada can fill out the form. Send the PDF form to the health care...

Hello guys this thread has been really informative. I need some help regarding the doctor's note for PHAC. Does it have to be a digital signature or can it be signed and scanned? If someone can share their experience it would be so very helpful. Thank you in advance.
