Hello everyone,
I am 36yrs old and I completed my graduation in the year 2009.I applied for my PR(express entry) in the year 2019 and I was told by my agent that my scores are too low hence I was still in the pool. Post this,I didn't keep in touch with the agent as I realised that I am not keen to shift to Canada permanently anyway and it's just that I wanted to have an international degree for myself so that I can get better opportunities in my home country, India. Hence some months back I applied for admission in a college in Canada and to my surprise I got it in the first attempt.Post that, I paid my 1yr fees ie CA$16,000 and GIC of CA $10,000.After paying all the necessary fees and showing property and funds of around CA$ 28,5800, to my shock they rejected my permit stating that they weren't satisfied that they will leave Canada after my stay.I reapplied with all the necessary documents showing that I have my family and properties here, they still rejected stating the same reason.I am shattered now because studying in Canada was my dream.I don't know whether I should reapply or just let go of my dream.
Hence, I am here to seek advice from you all.Hope someone can be generous enough and guide me on what I should do.Thanks in advance.God bless!
