In that case, how can I structure my SOP to avoid a rejection?

I have also mentioned strong family ties back home in India. I also have joint property in my name with my wife who is also working in India. I have also shown additional funds upto 33k CAD, apart from the annual tuition fees of 30k CAD and 10K CAD GIC purchased.

Obviously, career growth is important and I do not see the current scenario in my organisation and I have thus decided to study further, network with an international group and thus enhance my skill sets.
It's important to be on you name to count in. Possible for some visa officers to refuse as not being satisfied with the assets shown, it should be significant. One person got refused yet showing $35,000 to $45,000 individually here a while back. Ideally funds for ties should be longstanding and should obviously not give a manipulative impression.

Yes, of course. One person on on here who got a study permit refusal after being accepted at Ivey (one of the best and most expensive) and he paid all his fees and had phenomenal work experience. He also had a masters already.
Business management diplomas, usually taken by ones with no work experience are scrutinised all the time, visa officers are aware of the easy/generic course load and no significant prospects compared to MBA.

Hard to get approved for these courses unless one has several years of corporate work experience in an MNC or a very strong reason.

So if property is jointly owned in My name and also of my wife, it should be show sufficient reason for strong family ties back home and show I intend to come back? Also wife is not travelling with me.

Apart from family ties, I also have sufficient reasons for doing a 2nd international MBA as career progression is not great in my current organisation.
Second masters is possible provided LOE is really extensive to back it up ( which some fail to do so ).
For the ties aspect, suggest to fully change it to your name if you can.

Can you provide a link to the thread where the person from Ivey had his visa rejected? It would be very helpful in understanding his case.
Use the search bar and you will see many threads on people who have been refused a study permit after admittance to a top MBA school (Ivey, Schulich, Rotmans, UBC are the top 4).

Why will joint owned property create a problem?

Also, can I email you my SOP so you can review my case?
Can be a ground for refusal based on insufficient evidence of property owned/rented in home country from the principle applicant. Depends, some officers are lenient and some or not. Again just a suggestion to boost chances. Canada is welcoming for second masters unlike other countries but the problem is your previous master degree is very similar. LOE/SOP is very individualistic and maybe one can offer tips but its only up to the individual to seal the deal.
