What's the reason of refusal?

Numerous reasons , 9 trv refusals , big age gap , met online and at marriage police protection no families involved secret marriage .

Not going through Ghana but I just wanted to say congratulations on the appeal. We won appeal on January 4th and our file was just sent back to CPC-M for processing last week. I'm not expecting to hear back for the next month or two.

Absolutely nothing since. GCKEY still showing the refusal.ECAS has been erased. We are anxious and feeling extremely frustrated and tired of waiting to hear something.
How long did it take you before your file was reopened? Did GCKEY and ECAS change then too?

So many refusal, same obstacle that was refused before. They also lost the Hearing the only option is to appeal to Federal Court to challenge the decision made by IRB.

What is the 'police protection'?

Don't know your situation in any more detail than here - but do not put much expectation in court appeal. Given costs, realistic options might be actually moving to reside with partner and applying later as common law (12 months residing together) applicants.

"Secret marriage" is a serious issue to overcome; it's a legal principle for centuries that secret marriages are not valid.
