I have lawyer . 17 years . No one from any of our families there . The main objection they have is credibility which is 9 refusals of my spouse before marriage on TRV .

Need help We got refusal on hearing yesterday after 2 months , so option is to go ask Federal court to grant the decision and other one is re apply ??

What is around the average time now to receive COPR after winning your appeal?

It's depends from the Embassy's or from the person who is dealing with your file sometimes after 2 or 4 months..
