Looks like Ottawa VO is working again. Great news!
Is your partner living in Australia? If so, hopefully this means your partner will receive PPR and he’ll be asked to send the required documents to Sydney, Australia to process his COPR.

If that is the case then if they have his updated Canadian address he should hopefully now get PPR with instructions to send his documents to Ottawa.
Sorry but I have been informed mine was sent to New Delhi from Ottawa (after receiving CSQ from Quebec)
