will it be an email or letter in the mail for PPR? And I'm from the USA so I don't need a visa either... but I sent headshots and copy of passport with my application is that not good enough?
It will come by email and/or GCMS. They have a specific photo request (size and up to date) and your current passport. At least, that's why I understand that they ask for it, don't know for sure. At any rate you will have to send.

Biometric Given: 25th November 2020
ECAS Status "Application Received": 26th Jan 2021 (moved to VO Beijing)
ECAS Status : "In process" again : 10th February 2021
ECAS Updated: second line with "we started processing on 17th Feb 2021"
Pre-Arrival: 19th Feb 2021.
Ghost Update: 3rd March 2021
ECAS Status DM: 3rd March 2021
PPR (regular email) : 5th March 2021

From then I was waiting...but few days back my status changed to withdrawn...but nobody withdraws my file but when I click it...inside it says...app received 4 March 2020.
We start your process on 8 Feb 2021.
We send your medical letter..
We received your medical.
I am worried plz help me out.

You need to call IRCC and ask what’s going on.
you should just call them yourself on Monday. It might be faster 1 888 242 2100

I received a ghost update for my spouse (March Outland) about Decision made on ECAS but GC key account shows no change. Can someone guide me what's going on. Can I expect for PPR soon?
