Hi guys I got pre arrival yesterday.
Just waiting to decision made an PPR. Hopefully soon. Not sure how long it take to get DM and PPR after pre arrival

My husband also lives in Australia. Last week file moved from Ottawa(CA) to Sydney Australia and got email which mentioned immigration will contact us within 2 months and VO can't response to any case status enquiry at this time.
I have received same email when was moved from Ottawa to New Delhi. Its been three months and no contact from New Delhi.
Hopefully you hear something soon. I think after pre arrival they start background/security check which can take a bit longer.
Nice...My file was also moved to NDVO on 3rd Dec.
