Thanks @legalfalcon - just and update - called IRCC last Wed, they issued new WP and sent it via mail yesterday. There seems to be typo in the document issued to you. You should have to rectified before your continue working.
That is awesome!! All the best!!Thanks @legalfalcon - just and update - called IRCC last Wed, they issued new WP and sent it via mail yesterday.
This is a note that shows that you have conclusively met the criteria for the program under which you applied, i.e. PNP (PV2 is the code for PNP nominee applicants).Got remedical request in January saw my GCMS notes today
**OFFICER REVIEW** EE Eligibility: passed. Based on documents submitted and assessment of Case Analyst/
Processing Agent, I am reasonably satisfied that PA met the minimum requirements of CEC/FSW programs
regulations. PA meets the definition of provincial nominee and selection under PN program. I am satisfied that
PÅ meets A11.2 assessment. PA appears to have the ability to become economically established in the
nominated province. I am satisfied that PA meets eligibility under EE-M1 PV2.
There is no need to be concerned, most GCMS notes will have information redacted under s15 or 16. However, redacting 90 pages is way too much.My new set of notes has the same status as my last notes I received in August last year:
Eligibility: Passed
Security: Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed - Expired
Misrepresentation:
Info Sharing: Complete
Other Reqs: Not Started
However, when I checked the notes in detail, about 90 pages have been removed with a note saying "Pages are withheld pursuant to section 16(2)(c) of the Access to Information Act". The same note also appears in my parents' notes who applied for a visitor visa.
Since my security has not started, I am thinking that this is not related to security screening.
When I checked section 16 online, this is what I found:
Security
(2) The head of a government institution may refuse to disclose any record requested under this Part that contains information that could reasonably be expected to facilitate the commission of an offence, including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, any such information
@legalfalcon any idea if this is cause for concern?
- (c) on the vulnerability of particular buildings or other structures or systems, including computer or communication systems, or methods employed to protect such buildings or other structures or systems.
This is common, if you contact IRCC about it you may receive a response like thisMy new set of notes has the same status as my last notes I received in August last year:

If you have a Valid COPR and AL, you can enter Canada as you are exempt form travel exemption. As soon as you land, and are admitted into Canada, you become a PR, and thus your immediate family becomes eligible to travel as they will be exempt under immediate family exemption.Hi @legalfalcon,
Please note that i called CBSA yesterday, i have a valid copr post march and AL, from what i understood i am allowed in the country but my immediate family are not allowed as soon as my application is approved, but only when my status is updated on their system or something like that. Any idea about this please? How long does it take for my status to be updated on their system? Shouldnt a copy of a stamped copr be enough proof ?
Let me know what you think.
Thank you,
You can either be a CEC, PNP or FSW. There is nothing as CEC +PNP or FSW + PNP.Hi @legalfalcon
is there any difference between (CEC+PNP) and (FSW+PNP) for reviewing and processing timeline? both INLAND

As per the IRCC published data in IRCC's annual 2019 year ending report, it takes 8-9 months for an application to process. This was pre-COVID

How long did it take to process an Express Entry application?
Table 35 displays the time, in months, that IRCC took to process 80% of applications under each program. In 2019, IRCC did not meet the processing standard of finalizing 80% of all applications sourced via Express Entry within six months. The processing time for Express Entry, overall, was eight months. As an alternative measure of processing times, 60% of applications finalized in the 12-month period ending on December 31, 2019, were completed within the six-month service standard.

- Processing times refer to the time in which 80% of applications were finalized by IRCC. The processing time is measured from the day a complete application is received until the time a final decision is made by an immigration officer.
Got CoPR and visa october 2020, no ties, no family, no essential job... Can't do anything but wait until doc's expire or until restrictions get lifted. It is true that some applicants are receiving COPRs. It could be that case that they are getting it based on their request that they are extended or immediate family members.
Also, eventfully they will have to give COPRs to all outlaw applicants once the travel restrictions are relaxed, which should be late summer hopefully.
