This situation is very, very unfair. I honestly dont know what to do other than listed above. Im educated and never judge peoples work. Money is no issue I would work in a grocery store if needed. The only thing I cant do is get a job right away, IM IN CHINA. Finances are no issue.I just cant fulfill the job part. I have not talked to any employers.

That's their job in VO, PFL as many ppl as they can...searching for weak applications to PFL.
They don't care...they need to feed the Appeal system.

Stop thinking about how it's unfair and just figure out what to do. Post less, think more.

Someone on the other end of that email has a job to do. Help them do their job by putting together the stuff they're asking for. The rest is noise and is not helping you.

HOW is this helpful? You're just winding him up when he needs to take time, think, and do this right.

Respectfully, there are multiple threads here where you can rant and complain. Take a break from this one for a bit.

More "I'm being persecuted and they're out to get me" is not going to get the job done.

I am showing him the seriousness and gravity of the situation and his predicament.
When this thread started you were like OH dont fret its all good its not even close to a PFL.....
NO, this is very serious and so he should be wound up and ACT fast. No dilly dallying here, he's only got 30 days.

What fields are you in? What is your job search plan? A lot of jobs are posted online and you can get your linkedin account setup and start job searching.
May jobs take months to get their hiring anyway. If you are in special field, did you start to find process to certify your credentials or course to bridge that from your current ones in China to Canada. If you have high ranking jobs, start look for headhunting agency to search and represent you.

Similar for housing. Many rental viewing can be done online and via email/chat applications.
Do you know roughly where you will live?

Are you ready to move once the visa is approved? How much notice do you need to give your current job to resign? Have a plan, describe your plan. Even have the resignation letter ready if your visa to stay there will be void soon after you resign.

As you said plan and have information about sending your pets. Enquirey emails/contact with airline...etc

I would think that if you had these planned out, it may be less of a surprise now.

Don't just think the VO is evil. That won't help you to plan your next step in a clear mind.

It's not too late now. He needs to look at what is lacking from his inital application package and fill the gap.
hey I agree! but what he's asking is there anything else we can think of since they mentioned the list is non exhaustive...

I do not have a lot of information on OP's background so I do not know whatelse to suggest.

May be more research/enquiry to cut tie in current country. Like the end of current lease or selling of current property that they are living in.
Process to terminate things like health insurnace, closing of bank account ...etc (I really don't know how that works in OP's current country).

Qoute of shipping companies the cost and process to ship their belongings to Canada...etc.
Search of a family doctor in Canada. (they won't be accepted until they are in Canada but they can find a list that is close to where they planned to move to)

This is not unfair, it's just a process.

IRCC is looking at everything and needs to be convinced you're going to bring your wife here and
contribute to the Canadian economy at some point in the near future. Not to be a burden on social assistance,
health care issues, or hang out with the bad guy's. If there's not a big age gap between you and wife and
you're healthy, then it shouldn't be difficult to come up with a reasonable plan for your future in Canada,

What can your wife do if/when she arrives with you?

I would just go back. Why? because 95% it will convince HKVO of your serious intention and Pre Arrival will be like next day after....and PPR very shortly, so you wife would join you back very soon.
Whereas staying well that's opening a whole can of worms.....
I mean...you can try to satisfy them from China and go back on PFL, its a tough one.
You are contradicting yourself. Earlier you said the sponsor should go back as soon as the App gets sent to the LVO and not wait until AD is asked for, now you are espousing the exact opposite. At this point in time it will not do any good for the sponsor to return to Canada, don't you think they won't see that as being an attempt do provide proof after the fact? You can't come back and set up a lease, buy a house, establish bank accounts in a month and submit it as proof.

The OP, if they didn't, should have provided info with the app showing all of the normal stuff that is always mentioned on here for an outland app with the sponsor being abroad. Existing bank accounts, job searches, real estate enquiries, letters of support from relatives as a place to stay etc.

We were outland with me living abroad, provided lots of proof of intent to return and didn't have a problem. But just the fact that they have requested more info doesn't mean the app will be refused, if the OP has provided the info then do it again with any updates they can. Also mentioned by another member is to say I am ready to travel now or by xx date. That would certainly help.
