It is slow, I still don't support he slow system , no timelines . People might say it's not a right, but if you are eligible and can pay the fee , the service is still super bad post pandemic.

Well you are absolutely right. Citizenship is not a right, it's a privilege.
No exceptions for hurt feelings allowed, it's the fact. Know it and move on.

I’m really happy for them, but it’s also really sad that the online pilot came only a few weeks after I mailed in my paper application. I wonder wether it would still be best if I withdraw my application and apply online.

I just got my invitation to take the test a few minutes ago. This is it!!!!

Application sent: Dec 04 2020

AOR email: Jan 25, 2021

FP request: Feb 16, 2021

City: Vancouver

Just got invite for the test too!

Online app: Dec 8

AOR Feb 10

Test period: Feb 26- Mar 19

Email shows CIC Edmonton, weird because I'm in Toronto. But it looks legit regardless. Non-urgent if anyone is wondering

i wont say this thought never crossed my mind but taking the risk of withdrawal and going back to circle one again. just bite the bullet and dont care. At least i am not in the situation that I need "this" right now
