We won January 4th, file was sent to CBSA then CBSA sent our file to Mississauga January 26th...still waiting for them to reopen our file.
Be ready to tell your journey from the beginning " when u met , how , where, visits, wedding, honeymoon...". Speak from your heart with emotions. Tell just the truth don't make up stories. The judge was nice and she took in consideration all proofs and testimony. The minister council was same like the officer at visa office.
If you have a lawyer tell him to prepare you. Ours prepared us he did 4 calling tests similar to hearing.

viii) financial support;
ix) knowledge of and sharing of responsibility for the care of children brought into the
marriage;
x) knowledge of and contact with extended families of the parties; and
xi) knowledge about each other’s daily lives.

Since Nov 2020, no news from IRCC.
The last note on ATIP was on Nov 30th, 2020 "Appeal is allowed. File is ready for officer to review. Only outstanding Medical PO"
Eligibility not start yet; Criminality not start yet;
Not sure when they will have someone to review our file.

Guys, it’s not much.. but when I saw my GCKEY account, I saw that they are finaly working on my bgc.. it changed today to « we are processing your bgc »... at least that’s something from CPC-Mississauga.
