I agree - I don't know what they do all day. I heard they only give out so many visas a month - so maybe a lot of time they don't do anything. Your file could be being working on though, and maybe just not updated yet. I really hope you hear something soon - it is so hard.....waiting:(

Yes, we used the same application number to track our file. We won our appeal on February 11th, CIC reopened the file on February 24th. It was sent to the primary VO for processing.

Finally an update in our online account - they are processing our background check. :)We won our appeal a year ago next month.

They sent me an email. I sent the documents through the webform online and they sent me an email saying they received them and they were forwarded to the visa office.

It was transferred to the visa office in June.
